Jason practices as an associate in the areas of labor and employment law. Mr. Tan graduated from Fordham University School of Law in May 2021. While at Fordham Law, Mr. Tan interned at New York Legal Aid in its immigration department, where he represented individuals seeking asylum through various immigration avenues.
Mr. Tan completed his B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Seton Hall University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He became a member of the New Jersey Bar in November 2021.
